To Whom it may concern, Having employed the services of Pice Advisory Services, I can unreservedly recommend them. I found I had a debt recovery agency asking me to pay back a loan that was no longer required of me. Unsure of how to proceed, I contacted David Cattermole, of Pice Advisory Services. After explaining the situation to him, he was most reassuring and thoroughly helpful. Pice put together a letter on my behalf and sent it to the debt recovery agency explaining the legalities of the situation to them. After a few weeks of no reply from the debt recovery agency, David followed up the matter with a further letter bringing the issue to a close. I have not heard back from the debt recovery agency. David was very helpful and understanding, and has helped me to avoid both harassment from bailiffs/debt collection agencies, and also possible bankruptcy.
